Business Unit Controller

Your Role

• Business partner: Be the go-to advisor for the Group Client Partner and help them steer the account in the right direction.
• Financial planning: Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and making sure everything follows the right compliance rules.
• Reporting: Prepare clear financial updates and slides for business reviews.
• Working with others: Team up with PMO, project managers, sales teams, and other business functions to keep everything running smoothly.
• Supporting growth: Share insights and useful data with the Account team so they can grow and improve the business.
• Improving processes: Look for smarter ways of working and help implement improvements.
• Automation: use AI tools : Use AI and other tools to automate and optimize your work.

Your Profile

Experience - At least 5 years in reporting/controlling in Capgemini or another international company, ideally in IT consulting.

• Solid understanding of accounting standards IFRS 15 is a must.
• Strong English skills.

• You enjoy digging into the numbers and understanding how the business works.
• You are accurate, thorough, and have a sharp eye for detail.
• You are comfortable working with different business units and stakeholders.
• You are proactive, independent, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• You’re open-minded, a real team player, and a strong communicator
