Business Analyst

Your Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities.
• Work with automation developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Document and analyse current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of automation initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and Generative AI technologies.
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. 
• Working experience with servicenow tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
