Job Description
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including defining brand positioning, value propositions, and unique selling points, in alignment with business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine brand strategy and improve brand perception.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams, to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms, campaigns, and communications.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to lead and scale brand initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
