Avaloq Senior Developer / Tech Lead:

Capgemini – WealthTech & AI Practice Capgemini is expanding its WealthTech practice, supporting leading financial institutions in transforming their wealth management platforms. .

We are looking for Senior Avaloq Developers / Tech Leads who want to go beyond pure technical delivery and evolve into true technico-functional experts — combining deep platform expertise with a strong understanding of wealth management business processes. 

Primary Skills

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of Avaloq development experience

• Strong expertise in: o Avaloq parameterization and customization o Avaloq Message Interface (AMI) is an advantage

• Solid knowledge of at least one of the following domains: Trading, Credit & Loans, Client Lifecyle, Portfolio Management, SWIFT & Settlement

• Solid experience with: o Oracle / PL-SQL o Unix / shell scripting

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent • Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) is a strong advantage

• Good understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking products 

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong capabilities in software development and Avaloq parameterization

• Ability to design efficient and scalable solutions

• Experience in: o Requirements analysis o Technical solution design o Code quality and review practices

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to lead complex development streams and support team members

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
