Your Role

  • Administer and optimize MDM solutions like Citrix Endpoint Management, VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE.
  • Configure and maintain device policies for iOS and Android smartphones/tablets.
  • Analyze mobile endpoints for compliance and enforce security policies.
  • Provide user support for device enrollment and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on managed devices and applications.
  • Implement secure communication policies and perform app wrapping with encryption for iOS/Android apps.

Your Profile

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Mobile Device Management and Unified Endpoint Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix Endpoint Management, VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, and Workspace ONE.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, including configuration profiles and compliance policies.
  • Familiarity with mobile application security, encryption, and certificate management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
