Job Description
- 7 plus years experience
- Under general supervision; the Application Support Engineer is enabled to support
- Level 1 - Basic helpdesk resolution and service desk delivery and Level 2 in depth technical support of applications and assist team with heavy focus on Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions; Identify Issues; Problem Solve and Troubleshoot; Onboard New Users and High Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams and Team Support.
- The main deliverables in this role in addition to deployments; debugging; monitoring and documenting software applications is to understand the overall architecture of application portfolio and act as the support subject matters expert for various IT teams.
- The individual in this position works closely with the entire application development teams to ensure development conforms to performance optimization and interoperability standards and requirements.
- Also collaborates with various other teams (UNIX; Windows server; Database; Desktop; Test team; Infrastructure; Telecom) and works closely with
- Integration architect; Middleware integration Engineers; Monitoring Engineer in designing; developing and upgrading the Enterprise tools and Monitoring tools.
