Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and Knowledge on any API Management Platform Preferably APIGEE. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with technical knowledge to drive efficient delivery while maintaining high quality standards.Experience using any of API gateway tools of APIGEE Akana API Connect and creating policies and configurations

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements along with Expertise in Apigee Edge, Apigee X, and Apigee Hybrid.
  
• Experienced APIGEE resource.
  
• Utilize Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmap to track project progress, dependencies, and resource allocation
  
• Implement and monitor DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Time to Restore Service) to measure and improve delivery performance
  
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
  
• Conduct regular status reporting and stakeholder updates
  
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery
  

Your Profile

• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmap (formerly Portfolio for Jira)
• Experience implementing and tracking DORA metrics to improve delivery performance
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Experience with Apigee analytics, monetization, and developer portal.
  
• Hands-on with Apigee policy creation using JavaScript, Python, and custom callouts.
  
• Experience integrating Apigee with IAM solutions and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Cloud Build.
  
• Proven track record of successful technical project delivery
