Job Description

An administrative assistant is responsible for administrative and basic project related duties such as: Calendar management, join meetings, take minutes, organize events, procurement support, and claim expenses. An administrative assistant role needs to know internal policies and rules such as: expense policy, travel policy, HR basics and tools. An administrative assistant could be assigned as a dedicated support to one executive or team of executives. This role could also include office administration scope such as ensuring all supplies are in stock, and work equipment is assigned.
