Active Directory Administrator

Your Role

  • Manage and administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) across Windows Server 2012/2016 environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra Connect, and ADFS infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage AD DS sites, replication, domain controllers, and secure AD environments.
  • Perform AD migrations using tools such as ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, etc.
  • Handle Merger & Demerger operations in complex Active Directory environments.
  • Secure and provision data access using Workplace Join, Dynamic Access Control, and Work Folders.
  • Deploy and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certification authorities (CA).
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot ADFS including Claim-Based Authentication (Single Org & B2B).
  • Manage Device Registration Service (DRS) and advanced ADFS deployment scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, federation issues, and identity-related problems across AD and Entra ID.
  • Administer Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS).
  • Ensure high availability, monitoring, health checks, backup, and recovery of directory services.
  • Provide 24×7 support for identity, directory, and authentication services.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience (4+ years) in administering Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) across enterprise environments.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra Connect, and Identity Federation.
  • Deep understanding of ADFS architecture, claim-based authentication, and federation services.
  • Skilled in configuring AD DS sites, replication, domain controllers, and ensuring secure directory deployments.
  • Proficient in handling Active Directory migrations using tools like ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, etc.
  • Experience working on Merger & Demerger scenarios involving complex AD restructuring.
  • Strong knowledge of PKI, certificate authorities (CA), and identity security.
  • Hands-on experience with AD LDS, Workplace Join, Dynamic Access Control, and Work Folders.
  • Capable of troubleshooting authentication issues, federation failures, and directory sync problems.
  • Skilled in configuring Device Registration Services (DRS) and advanced ADFS deployment setups.
  • Ability to manage identity lifecycle, access control, and directory governance.
  • Experienced in monitoring, auditing, and maintaining business continuity for identity services.
  • Willingness to work in 24x7 operations and handle critical escalations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
