Your Role

• Min experience of 3-6/7-8 years (respectively for B2/C1 roles) in the risk and compliance services space with exposure to risk management and/or regulatory compliance and/or financial crime.
• Strong domain and business understanding of risk management, KYC, CDD, AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and compliance monitoring and reporting is essential
• Good experience on either credit risk, compliance, financial crime projects/systems in a technology project or function. .

Your Profile

• Good knowledge of financial crime regulations, compliance norms (global & local)
• Strong requirements documentation, business analysis, logical analysis, problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal, oral communication and presentation skills Stakeholder management and customer facing skills.
• Highly effective verbal and written language skills.
• Ability to make good / sound decisions and use independent judgement. Strong reasoning, analytical and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
