Job Description

 

As a Sales Manager at Capgemini Czech Republic, you will contribute to the growth of our local business by identifying and developing new client relationships, primarily through working independently on new time & material and smaller fixed-price IT projects, and by supporting the country manager driving large opportunities. You will work closely with clients across banking, insurance, and cross-industry sectors, helping them access Capgemini’s consulting and IT services.

Your Role

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to grow our presence in the Czech market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in IT consulting and application services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and support commercial offers, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and assist in contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with international Capgemini teams to share best practices and leverage global capabilities.
  • Support the country manager for large opportunities.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in IT services or consulting.
  • Exposure to time & material and/or smaller fixed-price IT projects.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow into an independent sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A strategic and analytical approach to sales.
  • Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic .

Nice to have:

  • Experience in selling SAP-based services, background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Utilities sectors.
  • Work experience in a multinational company or environment.
