Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Capgemini Czech Republic, you will contribute to the growth of our local business by identifying and developing new client relationships, primarily through working independently on new time & material and smaller fixed-price IT projects, and by supporting the country manager driving large opportunities. You will work closely with clients across banking, insurance, and cross-industry sectors, helping them access Capgemini’s consulting and IT services.

Your role

  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales activities to grow our presence in the Czech market
  • Help identify and explore new business opportunities, especially in IT consulting and application services
  • Support client relationships by understanding their needs and offering helpful solutions
  • Assist in preparing commercial offers, coordinating RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and supporting contract discussions
  • Work closely with delivery teams to help ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
  • Collaborate with international Capgemini teams to learn best practices and benefit from global expertise
  • Provide support to the country manager on large opportunities

Your Profile

  • Some experience in sales or account support, ideally in IT services or consulting
  • Familiarity with time & material or small fixed-price IT projects is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow into a full sales role
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with confidence to interact with clients
  • An interest in learning strategic and analytical approaches to sales
  • Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic

Nice to Have

  • Interest or experience in SAP-based services, or knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, or Utilities sectors
  • Experience working in a multinational company or team environment
