Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, financial management, reporting, risk and issue management, governance, and stakeholder communication throughout the complete project lifecycle. You will act as the primary bridge between client requirements and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to budgeted margins. You will also act as a strategic advisor to the delivery leadership, ensuring operational excellence, data-driven reporting, and optimal resource utilization within PMO role.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects from initiation to closure.
- Track project budgets, monitor financial performance, and manage costs to optimize margins
- Support business performance reviews and management meetings
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps while recommending corrective actions.
- Foster close collaboration with Solution Architects and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven technical designs
- Facilitate resource demand planning, capacity management, and allocation strategies across various workstreams
- Analyze and consolidate department-wide data to deliver actionable insights and executive reports that drive business decisions
- Forecasts, Opportunities and Finantial reporting
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in PMO, Operations Manager, or Consulting management function.
- Solid operational knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to manage product backlogs, track sprint metrics
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI or VBA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical thinking, high emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management, and ability to operate in a matrix global environment.
