Program Manager

Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, large-scale technology and enterprise transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery. The role provides end-to-end ownership of program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, commercial commitments, and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager leads cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and acts as the primary interface with senior customer and internal stakeholders.

The position requires a combination of strong delivery leadership, executive stakeholder management, financial and commercial acumen, and experience with enterprise technologies and transformation programs.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and enterprise transformation programs.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams within the overall program.
• Act as the primary delivery interface for strategic customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Identify program risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Manage customer escalations and lead resolution of critical delivery issues.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings and executive program reviews.
• Optimize resource allocation across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, PMO within enterprise technology environments.
• Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across industries such as banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, automotive, or the public sector
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-border IT projects with multi-million dollar budgets
• Certifications of PRINCE2, ITIL, MSP or PMP is strongly preferred
• Expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum framework
• Understanding of business transformation, software development, or cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsible for ensuring that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. PM are responsible for the overall projectorengagement plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. PM ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.
