Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, large-scale technology and enterprise transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery. The role provides end-to-end ownership of program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, commercial commitments, and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager leads cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and acts as the primary interface with senior customer and internal stakeholders.
The position requires a combination of strong delivery leadership, executive stakeholder management, financial and commercial acumen, and experience with enterprise technologies and transformation programs.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and enterprise transformation programs.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams within the overall program.
- Act as the primary delivery interface for strategic customers and senior internal stakeholders.
- Identify program risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
- Manage customer escalations and lead resolution of critical delivery issues.
- Lead Steering Committee meetings and executive program reviews.
- Optimize resource allocation across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, PMO within enterprise technology environments.
- Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across industries such as banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, automotive, or the public sector
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-border IT projects with multi-million dollar budgets
- Certifications of PRINCE2, ITIL, MSP or PMP is strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum framework
- Understanding of business transformation, software development, or cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.
