Lead Software Engineer (React Native)

YOUR ROLE

You’ll lead a skilled engineering team and shape the technical direction of a modern, React‑ and Sitecore‑driven platform. You’ll turn complex requirements into clear technical plans, guide end‑to‑end delivery, and ensure smooth integration with key systems. Working closely with product, UX, QA, and platform partners, you’ll drive high‑quality releases and build strong engineering practices. Your leadership will bring clarity, stability, and continuous improvement to a fast‑moving digital environment.

 

YOUR TASKS 

  • Lead and grow the OBT (eCommerce) engineering team, setting clear goals, processes, and delivery standards.
  • Own the technical direction of the clinics’ e-commerce and booking experience, with a focus on React, Sitecore, and collaboration across the .NET stack.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of key features—especially the booking flow—and ensure smooth integration with Meddbase, Microsoft Dynamics, Judopay, and ForgeRock.
  • Partner with product team, UX, QA, and platform teams to turn business priorities into a clear technical roadmap and frequent, high‑quality releases.
  • Promote engineering best practices, including clean code, code reviews, testing strategies, performance, and maintainability.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and vendor interactions, ensuring transparent communication and predictable delivery.

 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership or engineering management.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and support engineering teams in product or customer‑facing environments.
  • Strong front‑end background with React Native; TypeScript and SPA best practices are a plus.
  • Hands‑on or leadership experience with Sitecore and modern front‑end integration patterns.
  • Good understanding of .NET ecosystems and front‑end integration with backend services/APIs.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, payment providers (e.g., Judopay), or IAM platforms like ForgeRock.
  • Solid understanding of software quality, testing practices, and CI/CD collaboration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to align tech decisions to business goals.
  • Very good spoken and written English (B2+); comfortable in an international environment.
