Intern UX/UI Designer (with German)

Your role
As a UX Intern, you will support us in creating web and mobile applications for global clients. We are looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense and solid UI skills, who feels comfortable handling visual tasks such as preparing presentations or posters.
Your tasks
- Supporting the team in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a strong focus on UI skills to ensure visual consistency and attractiveness of projects.
- Creating posters, graphics, and other visual materials that support internal and external communication.
- Participating in building and maintaining well-structured design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborating with UX and UI designers as well as the development team, and assisting in smooth design handoffs.
- Opportunity to learn about and support activities related to UX research and the Design Thinking culture.
- Most frequently used technologies: Figma (3), Sketch (3), Design systems (3), Web applications (2), Mobile applications (2)
Your profile
- Currently studying or a recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design).
- Basic knowledge of web (RWD) and mobile design principles.
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
- Ability to create simple Lo-Fi wireframes and prototypes.
- Eagerness to learn about usability testing, UI principles, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of German would be a strong advantage.
