Deal-Based Marketing & Visual Presentation Specialist

Your role
We are part of the Bid & Solution team, supporting the sales process through proposal development, sales enablement materials, client visit coordination, and collaboration with international teams.
In this role, you will create presentations for some of the world’s leading brands, design materials for client engagements, and support senior leaders in developing professional business presentations.
Your tasks
- create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations supporting proposal activities and deal-based marketing initiatives;
- transform business content, data, and concepts into clear, professional, and compelling slides;
- ensure visual consistency and high-quality design in line with brand guidelines;
- design materials used for client meetings, workshops, and business events;
- collaborate with sales teams, subject matter experts, and senior leaders to develop presentation materials;
- support Marketing & Sales Enablement activities, including client visits and leadership workshops;
- create and enhance other visual materials supporting sales and marketing activities.
Your profile
- bachelor’s degree or higher;
- very good command of English and good command of German;
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint;
- strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail;
- ability to work under pressure and meet non-negotiable deadlines;
- strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
