Cybersecurity Awareness Lead (Culture & Training)

Your role

The Acculturation Lead is responsible for developing, deploying, and continuously improving the Group Cybersecurity Acculturation program. The role translates cybersecurity strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements into measurable employee behavior change, through training, awareness campaigns, simulations, communications, and metrics. The Acculturation Lead operates on a global scale, in close collaboration with CISOs, HR/L&D, Communications, Group IT and external vendors. 

Your tasks

 

  • Define, lead, and execute the Group Cybersecurity Acculturation (Cyber Awareness) strategy and multi-year roadmap.
  • Design, deploy, and monitor mandatory cybersecurity training programs for all employees and new joiners in partnership with HR and Learning & Development teams.
  • Develop and deliver global cybersecurity awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations and engagement initiatives.
  • Own and continuously enhance the Cyber Knowledge Center, ensuring content remains aligned with cybersecurity policies, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate a small international team, driving effective delivery, prioritization, and reporting of cybersecurity acculturation activities.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Group functions, CISOs, HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Manage cybersecurity awareness suppliers and platforms, including vendor selection, onboarding, Proof of Concept (PoC) management, contract renewals, and operational governance.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity governance, audit, and compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA requirements.
  • Define, monitor, and report Human Factor Cybersecurity KPIs and metrics, driving data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive cybersecurity culture initiatives, including Cyber Culture Challenges, Cybersecurity Awareness Month, newsletters, internal communications, and employee engagement programs.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading projects in a large, matrix, multinational organization.
  • Strong cybersecurity background.
  • Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISM (or equivalent).
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).  
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Tools: AI, Power BI, Excel (advanced usage).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders and non‑cyber specialists.
  • Appetite for innovative digital and pedagogical content.
  • Strong reporting and structured documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload autonomously in a global environment.
