Applications Consultant Intern (with Dutch, Microsoft Business Apps)

Your role

As Application Consultant Intern you will play a key role in supporting users as they learn and adopt business applications, ensuring they can work confidently with new tools. The role involves assisting with system configuration, setup tasks, and maintaining accurate data across platforms.

Your tasks

  • Provide support and guide end users in application adoption.
  • Support configuration and setup of applications.
  • Help monitor and maintain data quality across systems.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks within the project team.
  • Stay informed about new low-code platform features and standard components from a business perspective.
  • Proactively develop knowledge within the area of Microsoft Business Applications.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in at least the 6th semester of a language, science, engineering, or business/economics program (e.g., computer science, mathematics, economics, linguistics). Non-students with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Full-time availability during the summer break and at least 75% availability during the academic year.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English at a minimum of B2 level.
  • Good communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with using any kind of enterprise IT system is a big plus.
  • Attention to details and customer-oriented mindset with an understanding of user needs.
  • Job experience in customer support roles is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn Low-code technologies.
