Let's Talk About the Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects/workstreams (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dependencies
• Coordinate delivery across client, internal, and vendor teams
• Track and manage risks, issues, and actions, escalating where required
• Prepare status reports and governance artefacts
• Monitor costs, support forecasting and budget tracking
• Engage stakeholders and provide clear, regular communication
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Support continuous improvement and lessons learned

About You

• Experience in project management or project coordination
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks
• Ability to manage risks, issues, and reporting
• Ideally experience in mining, resources, energy, or heavy industry
• Exposure to operational improvements, or technology deployments
• Familiarity with multi-vendor or complex delivery environments
