Delivery Executive

Your Role

The Delivery Executive is accountable for fostering and growing the end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) client relationship by driving value for our client's business and delivering account growth across Projects & Consulting (P&C) and Managed Services. This role is based in Perth, Western Australia.

Key responsibilities:

• develop client relationships and intimacy, demonstrating an understanding of the customer's business objectives, strategy, needs, pain points and risks
• ensure client satisafction (measured by client feedback scores)
• grow business and drive revenue and contract margin growth on accounts in line with annual targets
• understand all of CIS' portfolio, as well as the broader Capgemini offerings/capabilities and work closely with architect colleagues to address technical gaps and develop solutions to meet client needs with a 'One Capgemini' approach
• own, coordinate and shape new opportunities throughout solutioning and sales stages to close
• manage governance and delivery performance; review and approve account delivery status through delivery reviews, including emonitoring accuracy, 'health' of the engagement, RAYG statuses, financials and discuss any areas for improvement with the client
• coordinate Service Delivery Managers in managed services engagements and Engagement Managers in projects and consulting engagements as applicable
• comply with all security protocols

Your Profile

• Several years' Delivery experience in a global, complex, matrix IT Services & IT Consulting organisation
• Natural Resources, Mining, Energy Transition, Utilities sector experience is ideal
• already based in Perth, Western Australia
