Acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through their integration journeys—from strategy and architecture to implementation and team leadership. Your work will directly impact how businesses connect their systems, data, and processes in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

Deliver modern, sustainable integration solutions on SAP BTP that align with company standards and industry best practices.

Design, build, and test integrations using the latest SAP technologies (e.g., OData, event‑based integrations).

Lead and mentor small to medium global integration teams.

Build strong client relationships to position Capgemini as the preferred partner for SAP data integration.

Plan and facilitate workshops to define integration architecture and interface requirements.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in modern SAP integration technology related to SAP BTP Integration Suite including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in delivering SAP integration solutions for on-premises and hybrid.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Note: You need to be Nordic-based and have fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is mandatory. Open to travel.
