Your role
We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Workday Consultants to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will be part of growing the Workday community in Capgemini. You will primarily focus on our key client, who is undertaking the largest implementation of the Workday solution in the Nordics. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in shaping their HR processes and maximizing the potential of the Workday platform.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Contribute to Workday projects: This includes AMS (Application Management Services) engagements, Phase X implementations, and potentially full end-to-end implementations.
- Configure Workday modules: Depending on your expertise—Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.
- Strengthen internal capabilities: Help build and mentor the internal Workday team, contribute to knowledge-sharing events like Townhalls and sessions.
- Grow your Workday presence: Develop your expertise and visibility in the Workday ecosystem, both locally and globally.
- Support pre-sales: Assist with effort estimation and other pre-sales activities.
Your profile
- Workday certification: Preferably in a functional area (e.g., HCM Core, Compensation, Learning), or alternatively in platform areas (e.g., Peakon, Adaptive Planning, PRISM).
- Hands-on Workday experience: Either through implementations or AMS engagements.
- Consulting background: This is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Language skills: Strong working proficiency in a Nordic language is required, though exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates.
What we believe you will enjoy about working here
- A challenging career in a vibrant environment with access to extensive training, a global network of experts and an innovative culture that promotes learning, growth, and shared success.
- Opportunities to work on real-world problems and help transform leading organizations.
- A company culture driven by core values: Honesty, Trust, Freedom, Team Spirit, Modesty, Fun, and Boldness.
- A strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and supporting the whole person.
Application
As part of our recruitment process, identity verification will be conducted through inspection of your ID card, and background checks may be carried out as required.
