Data Strategy & Analytics Consultant

We are now growing our Data Strategy & Analytics team and are looking for experienced consultants who want to help clients unlock real value from data.

Your role:
As a Data Strategy & Analytics Consultant, you will work where business meets data and technology. You will help clients make data a strategic asset, shaping direction while driving execution.
This role offers a high degree of responsibility, variety, and influence, with opportunities to work across industries and collaborate closely with experts in analytics, AI, design, and technology across Capgemini Invent.

Key responsibilities:
•    Lead or contribute to data strategy initiatives with clear business impact
•    Own key deliveries and workstreams in close collaboration with clients
•    Design data governance models (operating models, roles, decision structures)
•    Help shape modern data platforms and architectures
•    Drive insight led decision making through analytics and reporting
•    Contribute to the growth of Capgemini Invent’s data strategy offering

Your profile:
•    3+ years of experience in data, analytics, technology, or consulting
•    Master’s degree in technology, economics, or similar (experience can compensate)
•    Background as a data engineer, analyst, business analyst, or consultant
•    Solid understanding of data platforms and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
•    Able to explain complex topics to both technical and non technical stakeholders
