YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for senior consultants to join our growing data strategy team and help shape the future of how organizations create value from data.
As a Data Strategy & Analytics Consultant, you will work closely with clients to position data as a strategic asset and translate business ambitions into actionable data, analytics, and governance initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and analytics, and combines strategic advisory work with hands-on problem solving across a variety of engagements.
This role offers a high degree of responsibility, variety, and influence, with opportunities to work across industries and collaborate closely with experts in analytics, AI, design, and technology across Capgemini Invent.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and contribute to data strategy engagements, helping clients define how data and analytics support their business goals and transformation agendas
- Take ownership of selected workstreams or deliveries, including close dialogue with client stakeholders
- Design and advise data governance frameworks, including operating models, roles (e.g. data owners and stewards), data mesh and decision structures
- Support clients in shaping data architectures and platforms, including data warehouses, data catalogs, and modern cloud-based solutions
- Contribute to broader analytics and insight-driven projects when relevant, for example within reporting, decision support, or data-driven business improvement initiatives
Actively contribute to the development of our data strategy offering, ways of working, and internal competence development
YOUR PROFILE
To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit
- 3+ years of experience in data, AI, technology, or consulting and holding a Master’s degree in technology, economics, or a related field. Relevant earlier experience may include data engineer, data analyst or business analyst roles
- A foundational understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data visualization and cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Fabric, Power BI, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
