We are now looking for Managers and Senior Managers to join our growing AI team and play a key role in helping organizations translate AI, data, and technology into tangible business value.

About the role:

An AI Business Solution Lead is a role that sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and AI. Their primary responsibility is to guide companies in leveraging AI to solve business problems, improve processes, and drive revenue. The Lead role operates more on the overall strategy and leadership rather than execution and analysis side but crucially both supporting AI project delivery.

This role offers a high degree of responsibility, variety, and influence, with opportunities to work across industries and collaborate closely with experts in analytics, AI, design, and technology across Capgemini Invent.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic planning & vision - Understand business goals, identify AI value opportunities, define AI roadmaps aligned with business strategy, and translate complex AI concepts into business relevant language
• Solution design & implementation oversight - Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to design solutions, define scope, success metrics, and ROI, and ensure effective integration into business processes
• Stakeholder management - Act as a trusted bridge between business leaders and technical teams, communicate benefits, limitations, and risks, and secure executive buy in
• Market & technology awareness - Stay up to date on AI trends, tools, and best practices, assess emerging technologies, and recommend relevant applications
• Governance & ethics - Ensure compliance with regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical standards, while monitoring model performance and mitigating bias and risk
• Team leadership & capability building - Lead cross functional AI initiatives and mentor consultants on AI capabilities and adoption strategies

Your profile:
• 5+ years of experience within AI, technology, or consulting, and a master’s degree in technology, economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies
• Proven business acumen and experience identifying and realizing AI driven value opportunities
• Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to communicate complex AI topics clearly to non technical stakeholders
• A structured, analytical, and impact driven mindset
