AI Business Solution Analyst

Your role:
In this role, you operate at the intersection of business, data and artificial intelligence. You play a central part in shaping and delivering AI driven solutions – from translating business challenges into analytical requirements, to ensuring solutions create real value when implemented with clients.

You will work closely with specialists in AI, analytics, design and technology across Capgemini Invent, and engage directly with senior stakeholders on high impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
•    Translate business objectives into concrete requirements, data needs and KPIs
•    Analyze structured and unstructured data to drive insight and performance improvement
•    Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to design and deliver AI solutions
•    Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations, dashboards and decision material
•    Stay close to AI tools and trends to help clients choose the right solutions

Your profile:
•    3+ years of experience in consulting, technology or analytics, and a Master’s degree in a relevant field
•    Strong analytical skills and sound understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
•    Solid business acumen, with experience in requirements definition and process improvement
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technology
•    Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision makers
