AI Business Solution Analyst

Development is moving away from handovers between business and tech, toward integrated roles that combine both. Data scientists are moving closer to business, and business roles closer to data science. Alongside specialists, this convergence is giving rise to a new role: the AI Business Solution Analyst.

YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for senior consultants to join our growing AI team and help shape the future of how organizations create value from data and technology.

An AI Business Solution Analyst is a role that sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and AI. Their primary responsibility is to guide companies in leveraging AI to solve business problems, improve processes, and drive revenue. The Analyst operates more on the execution and analysis side rather than overall strategy and leadership but crucially both supporting AI project delivery.

This role offers a high degree of responsibility, variety, and influence, with opportunities to work across industries and collaborate closely with experts in analytics, AI, design, and technology across Capgemini Invent.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis - work with business stakeholders to understand problems and goals, translate business needs into functional requirements for AI solutions and identify datasets, KPIs, and metrics necessary for AI projects
• Data Analysis & Insight Generation - Analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and opportunities, assist in model evaluation and testing to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and provide actionable insights based on AI outputs
• Solution Support - Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to implement solutions, conduct testing, validation, and documentation of AI models or tools and support deployment and integration of AI solutions into business processes
• Reporting & Communication - Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders, explain AI results and implications to non-technical teams and monitor solution performance and suggest improvements
• Market & Technology Research - Stay updated on AI tools, techniques, and industry trends and evaluate existing tools and assist in recommending AI solutions

YOUR PROFILE
To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit

• 3+ years of experience in AI, technology, or consulting and holding a Master’s degree in technology, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Business process understanding and requirements gathering
• Communication and documentation skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams specifically for AI
