Test Manager

Your Role

• Review and assess project deliverables to identify the correct Test approach
• Creating, managing and executing the Test Strategy Project
• Managing teams both internal and 3rd parties onshore and offshore
• Ensuring requirements traceability is performed within Test management Tools (JIRA, other)
• Providing Test Progress Reports during Test Planning and execution
• Manage and tracking of defects
• Manage Test quality
• Monitor and control test schedule and adjusted when necessary
• Work will be performed remotely for the duration of the assignment managing testing between 2-3 customer Data centers in Germany
  
  

Your Profile

• Test Manager with proven experience in SDL, SDM and IMS (fixed & mobile), preferably experienced as TM on Nokia projects
• The candidate should have strong management, communication and presentation skills
• Should have experience to lead teams and to drive collaborative working with multiple domain stakeholders
