Support Specialist (SAMM DACAS)

Role summary:
We are looking for a motivated specialist to join the Capgemini SAMM DACAS / Support team. This role focuses on tool improvement, user support, and technical documentation, ensuring efficient usage of SAMM DACAS solutions within the organization.
Your tasks:
- Contribute to the integration and support of the SAMM DACAS platform
- Support continuous improvement of the tool, including testing enhancements and validating updates
- Provide day-to-day support to end users, resolving issues and answering queries
- Create and maintain technical documentation (user guides, support materials, processes)
- Handle issue escalation to Level 1 support when required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve tool adoption and usability
Your profile:
- English: mandatory (minimum B2, preferably C1 level)
- Experience or knowledge of workflow authoring (SB)
- Familiarity with SAMM DACAS tool / Engineering Maintenance and aeronautics
- IT experience
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured and user-focused support environment
