Support Specialist (SAMM DACAS)

Role summary:

We are looking for a motivated specialist to join the Capgemini SAMM DACAS / Support team. This role focuses on tool improvement, user support, and technical documentation, ensuring efficient usage of SAMM DACAS solutions within the organization.

Your tasks:

• Contribute to the integration and support of the SAMM DACAS platform
• Support continuous improvement of the tool, including testing enhancements and validating updates
• Provide day-to-day support to end users, resolving issues and answering queries
• Create and maintain technical documentation (user guides, support materials, processes)
• Handle issue escalation to Level 1 support when required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve tool adoption and usability

Your profile:

• English: mandatory (minimum B2, preferably C1 level)
• Experience or knowledge of workflow authoring (SB)
• Familiarity with SAMM DACAS tool / Engineering Maintenance and aeronautics
• IT experience
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and user-focused support environment
