Support Services Engineer (Cloud & Kubernetes)

Then you’ll feel right at home with us.We’re looking for a Support Services Engineer who wants to grow, learn, and work with modern cloud-native technologies in real production environments—without all the “10 years of everything” nonsense.
Your foundation matters most: Communication, Linux, and Kubernetes.
What You Must Bring(Core essentials — if you have these, you're a great fit)
Linux administration experience (RedHat preferred)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Strong communication skills
Troubleshooting mindset and calm, logical problem-solving
What You’ll Do
You'll be part of a global team ensuring our cloud services are fast, resilient, and reliable. Your work will directly support customers and internal engineering teams.
You’ll:
- Manage and troubleshoot containerized applications running on Kubernetes.
- Work with RedHat Linux environments to ensure system stability.
- Dive into issues across the full stack to identify real root causes.
- Collaborate with internal and customer teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Automate routine operations with scripts (Python/Ansible welcomed).
- Participate in a global follow-the-sun support rotation.
- Prepare clear, solution-oriented RCA summaries when required.

What Gives You an Edge(Nice-to-have skills that make you stand out — but none are mandatory)
- Experience with OpenShift or OpenStack
- Terraform familiarity
- Docker/Containerization understanding
- Python or Ansible for automation
- Cloud networking basics (routing, LB, firewalls, etc.)
- Any certifications such as:RHCSA / RHCE
- EX280 / EX380 (OpenShift)
- CKA
- EX210 / EX310 (Red Hat Cloud/OpenStack)
- Any other Linux/Red Hat
