Job Description

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications and browser extensions.
Perform accessibility testing against WCAG, Section 508 and EN 301 549 requirements.
Conduct manual accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and screen reader testing.
Use accessibility testing tools such as axe, Accessibility Insights, Lighthouse or similar.
Conduct or contribute to VPAT assessments and preparation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR).
Document accessibility findings and work with development teams on remediation.
Support accessibility regression testing and integration of accessibility checks into regular QA processes.
Required
Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation / SDET.
Practical experience with accessibility testing.
Experience performing or actively participating in VPAT/ACR assessments.
Good knowledge of WCAG and accessibility testing practices.
Experience with automated and manual accessibility testing.
Nice to have
Experience with Section 508 and/or EN 301 549.
Previous QA Lead / Test Lead experience.
Ability to coordinate testing activities and work across multiple product teams.
