Job Description

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive Agile delivery, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes across product development cycles. This role is ideal for candidates with strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
  • Prepare and present status reports and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years project management experience
  • Strong understanding of business architecture, process modelling (UML, BPMN), and requirements management tools (AzureDevOps)
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
