Job Description

We are currently looking for a Lead Modeler who will drive the end‑to‑end modeling process, lead the modeling team, and ensure high‑quality PAS‑X modeling deliverables aligned with architectural, quality, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Modeling Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the modeling team (onshore/offshore), assigning tasks and ensuring timely, high‑quality outputs.
  • Provide technical guidance, enforce best practices in MBR modeling and PAS‑X workflows, and drive key design decisions.
  • Conduct peer reviews, testing, and quality gate reviews to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Assess team capabilities and promote continuous improvement and skill development.

Modeling Execution

  • Translate GMBR scope into executable modeling strategies and workshop deliverables.
  • Design and maintain (G)MBR templates and modeling concepts.
  • Resolve blockers and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Manage sprint planning and task prioritization in collaboration with the Buyer.

Technical Oversight & Integration

  • Ensure modeling activities align with MES architecture and integrate properly with systems such as ERP, LIMS, and SCADA.
  • Maintain documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and SOPs according to GMP and GAMP5 standards.
  • Support validation activities and change control processes.
  • Participate in Wet Testing and Hypercare phases.

SCRUM & Communication

  • Collaborate with the SCRUM Master on sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Review and close JIRA tasks submitted by the modeling team.
  • Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all modeling‑related communications, including scope, directives, and timelines.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong experience with PAS‑X modeling, including MBR, GMBR, and workflow design.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring modeling teams.
  • Understanding of MES architecture and integrations (ERP, LIMS, SCADA).
  • Knowledge of GMP and GAMP5 practices.
  • English — Upper‑Intermediate or higher.
  • Additional languages such as German, French, or Italian are an advantage.
