Job Description:

In the CNS S&C Market Services Europe organization, we have a customer-centric technology team with Customer Architects and Customer Technical Project Managers owning the technical success of complex project service deliveries, assuming the technical interface roles towards the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership and management of technical planning and execution of customer projects (greenfield, swap, migration, software upgrades, etc.).
- Preparation of the end-to-end high‑level technical delivery plan for the given solutions, including identifying required products/applications and local 3rd‑party HW/SW needs.
- Ensuring adherence to Scope of Work across all technical domains.
- Contribution to ensuring that feature specifications align with the defined reference architecture.
- Management of Domain Technical Managers and Architects.
- Ownership of technical issues, including resolution, reporting, and escalations.
- Acting as the main technical interface with the customer.
- Providing technical support to the Project Manager.
- Interface with R&D teams as necessary.

Desirable Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications (operator or provider).
- 5+ years of experience with Nokia products and solutions.
- 5+ years in a technical management position (Packet Core, IMS, or SDM).
- Project Management qualification.
Technical Knowledge
General E2E understanding of:
- 3GPP standards
- 5G networks
- Call flows
- Telecom network interfaces
Specific knowledge/experience with Nokia or equivalent operator solutions such as:
- CMG: GGSN, PGW/SGW, SMF/UPF, ePDG/N3IWF, DPI, LI, TCP-O
- CMM: SGSN, MME, AMF, LINRD, NRF
- NRD: NSSF
- CFX: CFX, CFX LI
- NTAS: MCAS, BCS
- A‑SBC / I‑SBC (and LI)
- Voice/Core: MRF, MGW, bMSS or vMSS (and LI)
Qualifications
- Higher Education degree (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD, or equivalent).
