Role Summary:
Main Activities:
• Performed detailed aircraft configuration analysis to assess documentation readiness for fleet phase-out.
• Review and compare various documents (Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, technical logs, modifications, landing gears, engines, Hard Time, OCCM), requiring detailed analysis and evidence of task completion to demonstrate compliance of performed operations (Dirty Fingerprint approach).
• Identified contractual impacts and gaps in relation to lessor return conditions and supported compliance alignment.
• Contributed to the definition and optimization of work packages for aircraft return-to-service, ensuring operational readiness.
• Acted as a key interface between stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, lessors/buyers), coordinating transition activities and safeguarding client interests.
Main technical skills required:
- Aeronautic maintenance
- Airworthiness Directives / Service Bulletins
- Hard Time / OCCM / LLP's
- Structural works (SRM, RDAF, D&B chart, NDT)
- In house modification & STC Major mods DOA Part 21
- Cabin Flammability with burn tests as per FAR 25.853
- Maintenance policy (MRBR → MPD → AMP, ALS)
- OEM documentation (AMM, IPC, CMM, AFM, ELA, WBM, LOPA/EEL ...)
- EASA regulation M.A 305
