Your Role

As a Solution and Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercials, and client, to ensure the successful delivery of marketing services proposal and commercial strategy. Your expertise in both marketing service domain, mar-tech and commercial aspects will be crucial in driving business growth and improve the win rate of the competitive deals.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Solution Design: Develop and design end-to-end marketing solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. You will be responsible for entire aspect of responding to the proposal and/or RFP starting from understanding the requirements, design of the solution, identifying technical solutions including AI solutions and pricing models.
  • Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create compelling commercial proposals and pricing strategies. We expect you to have good understanding of annuity business models and pricing strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams across business units, commercials, transition and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform solution design and commercial strategies.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, technical specifications, and user guides specific to Capgemini methodology.
