Senior Software Engineer

Your Role

• A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. 
• Their role is to understand business needs, analyze processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into clear solutions that help an organization achieve its goals.
• They gather and document requirements, evaluate business problems, recommend strategies, and support the implementation of new systems, products, or process improvements while ensuring that solutions deliver business value. 

Your Profile :

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create process flows, business models, and requirement specifications.
• Communicate requirements between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze data to support business decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
• Support testing and validate that solutions meet requirements.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, and change management.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure delivered solutions provide business value.
