Proposal Writer

Your Role

The ‘Proposal Writer’ is required to have experience of creating content for Businesses Services industry. He/she should have a broad-based content creation experience for business services and who specialises in integrating Customer services offerings with client business strategy. This person is part of the Global Practice Solution Hub team and will help delivers our ICO service innovation and solutions pitches to client.

Candidates should have proven copywriting experience, excellent writing and editing skills, and familiarity with SEO best practices.

In this role you will play a key role in:

1. Collaborate with the Service Product Owner, Solution Architects, Marketing and Sales teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
2. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to produce relevant and impactful content.
3. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style.
4. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and translate technical information into easily understandable and engaging content.
5. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
6. Stay updated with the latest content marketing best practices and apply them to enhance content quality and effectiveness.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, preferably in BPO or technology industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research and simplify complex concepts into clear, concise content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
