Your Role:
Expected to possess a robust skill set that includes strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of banking operations and operational leadership. Proficient in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance, managing change and uncertainty, and fostering a customer-centric and effective risk culture. Demonstrate strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, conflict management skills, and the ability to build high-performing teams. Adept at performance management, driving accountability, and process compliance. Continuous learning and adaptability are crucial, as they need to stay updated with the latest industry trends, internal processes and regular change.Graduate in any discipline with people management, process and transition experience of 4-6 years. Should have analytical & problem-solving skills, expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc), experience of working in banking / financial services, capable of communicating with and managing senior stakeholders. Should possess understanding of managing in a regulated environment.

• Primary responsibility for individual team deliverables and department outcomes as a result. Joint responsibility with others for the business unit, and enterprise result.
• Responsible for own work and directs the work of others.
• Works with business unit leader to translate business plans into targeted operational objectives, and supports consistent delivery through a disciplined operating rhythm, and data-driven approach to operational excellence and customer / partner experience.
• Exercises operational objectives within a team or business unit to complete tasks in accordance with service requirements. Performance is monitored regularly through disciplined operating rhythms and functional governance.
• Recognised subject matter / technical expert or thought leader in chosen field. Mentors’ other employees. May provide support and guidance to a team or teams on a sub-functional basis. Actively coaches and develops others.
• Recommends and supports the design and implementation of initiatives, may influence policies and procedures.
