Job Description

  • HCM Technical "4-5 years strong technical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experience in the following Technical Areas on Multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Fast formula, HCM extracts
  • Data Migration - HDL/Other loaders
  • Reporting - OTBI/BI Publisher
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.) to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for Oracle HCM systems, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Integration: Design, develop, and manage integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Report Development: Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM reporting tools and technologies.
  • Upgrades & Enhancements: Participate in or lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and effective implementation of new features.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
  • User Training & Support: Provide technical training and support to end-users, and create user guides and documentation to facilitate system adoption and efficient use.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that Oracle HCM systems comply with internal policies and external regulations; recommend and implement best practices to optimize system performance and functionality.
  • Project Management: Manage or contribute to HCM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
