Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of operational services ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Implement ITIL-based service management practices and monitor SLAs, incidents, and change controls.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a liaison between business, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Oversee daily operations, mentor teams, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and scalability.

Your Profile

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, and ITIL-based service management.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and service delivery models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with hands-on ServiceNow and data analytics proficiency.
  • Adept at thriving in dynamic environments while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
