Network planning & design engineer (CSD)

As a Network Planning & Design Engineer specializing in Cloud Signaling Director (CSD), you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and validating cloud-native signaling solutions within modern telecom networks. You will work across the full lifecycle—from planning and integration to testing and acceptance—ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performance signaling architectures aligned with 4G/5G standards.

• Design and implement core network signaling solutions using cloud-native architectures
• Plan, deploy, and integrate signaling components such as CSD, SEPP, DSC, DDE, BSF, SCP, NRF/NSSF
• Execute validation, testing, and acceptance activities for deployed solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and integration phases
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including:
  • Low-Level Design (LLD)
  • Customer Integration Questionnaire (CIQ)
  • Method of Procedure (MOP)
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Support Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with core network signaling technologies
• Proven expertise in:
  • Cloud Signaling Director (CSD) and related components (SEPP, SCP, DSC, etc.)
  • Telecom protocols and signaling flows across 3G/4G/5G networks
• Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies:
  • Kubernetes, Docker
  • VNF/CNF architectures
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems
• Familiarity with deployment, integration, and validation processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with advanced English proficiency
