Your Role

Your Profile

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and business analysis sessions to understand customer needs, processes, and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including entities, forms, views, Business Process Flows, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
• Work closely with technical teams to guide solution design, customization, integrations, and extensions.
• Support UAT planning and execution, test case preparation, defect triage, and user sign‑off.
• Design and validate solutions using Model‑Driven Apps, Power Platform capabilities, and standard Dynamics features.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, governance, and platform standards.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and conduct end‑user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery, architecture, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Deep understanding of CRM business processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Case Management, and Customer Engagement.
• Experience in configuring entities, forms, views, BPFs, business rules, charts, dashboards, and security.
• Solid knowledge of Dataverse concepts, relationships, data modeling, and functional design patterns.
• Experience working with Power Platform (Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate – functional usage).
• Strong exposure to Agile delivery models, Azure DevOps/Jira for backlog and sprint management.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Good To Have

• Exposure to Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate from a functional perspective.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, or system interfaces.
• Domain experience in industries such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MB‑210, MB‑230, PL‑200, or PL‑400.
