Your Role

Your Profile

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Lead and facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops and business analysis sessions to understand customer needs, processes, and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, including entities, forms, views, Business Process Flows (BPFs), business rules, dashboards, charts, and security roles.
• Design and validate solutions using Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Platform capabilities, and standard Dynamics features.
• Possess a strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Case Management, and Customer Engagement.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and conduct end‑user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Work with Power Platform tools (Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate – functional usage).
• Have hands‑on exposure to Agile delivery models and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and sprint management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional, delivery, architecture, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Exhibit strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
