Operating at Senior level Takes a high degree of responsibility and ownership of people issues, of direct and indirect reports alike Has a transformational mindset and the ability to contribute to the strategic agenda Is accountable for the leadership of a Finance function or leading a specialist complex team or teams running shared services. Operating at a senior level with either a large depth of experience as a Finance specialist or in depth expertise as a specialist.
