Primary Skills

• Configuration Data Management
• Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with accurate information about all configuration items (CIs) and their relationships.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits of the CMDB.
• Ensure that configuration baselines are properly maintained and documented.

Secondary Skills

• Change and Release Management Support
• Work with change management and supervisor teams to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on configuration items and related services.
• Ensure that all changes to configuration items are properly tracked and documented.
• Support release management processes (EIS) by ensuring that configuration records are updated to reflect the release of new systems, services, or updates.

Job Description

• Generate and maintain accurate reports related to configuration items and their status.
• Create and update documentation for configuration management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide insights and reports on configuration audits and identify any deviations from established baselines.
• Work closely with RUN, Project and AMO teams to ensure alignment in configuration management activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to configuration management.
• Participate in internal and external configuration audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of tools and systems used for configuration management.
