Associate C2C Dispute Management Process Expert

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a candidate who would be responsible for processing OTC transactions, resolving complex process related issues, preparation and finalization of the period and close activities,The Dispute Management Process Experts participate of in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers.The candidate will manage team of individuals and support them in the daily activities as well as in their development and manage the Client relationship, usually on the local country level.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Manages a team of Cash Application Clerks and monitors the overall team performance efficiency and quality.
• Client contact point for addressing status updates, agreeing on new initiatives and troubleshooting escalation point.
• Initiates process optimization and standardization activities.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Responsible to keep the process documentation up to date and initiates any required updates.
• Proactively monitors and seeks for improving team and process KPIs.
• Handle complex client specific queries, issues or escalations within the client contextEnsures correct and timely cash is applied accurately and timely
