The Opportunity:

Capgemini is looking for a high‑calibre AI Delivery Leader to drive end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions, enterprise products, and reusable accelerators. This role is ideal for strong AI delivery managers experienced in product implementations, asset rollouts, customization, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership (Primary)

•          Own delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

•          Run governance, KPIs, RAID, and stakeholder reporting.

•          Manage client expectations, reviews, and escalations.

•          Conduct delivery feasibility, planning, and fit–gap analysis.

Technology Awareness

•          Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, traditional ML, agentic systems.

•          Understanding of enterprise AI patterns, esp. Document Intelligence.

•          Awareness of integration patterns with ERPs, workflow/rule engines.

•          Cloud deployment lifecycle knowledge (Azure (preferred), AWS, Google cloud).

•          RPA knowledge is a plus.

Solution & Problem‑Solving

•          Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.

•          Oversee deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and operationalization of AI solutions across Azure and multi-cloud environments.

•          Guide solution design at a high level (not hands‑on architecture).

•          Contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 17–20+ years in software engineering.
• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, Data/AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• AI‑focused delivery manager with product/asset rollout experience.
• T‑shaped: breadth across tech, depth in delivery/product deployment.
• Ability to work across traditional + modern tech environments.
• Strong aptitude and self‑learning mindset.
• Strong experience in AI/ML or enterprise product delivery.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise environments.
• Fit–gap analysis and product/asset deployment experience.
• High learning agility and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
• Preferably from strong AI/tech organizations; solid academic credentials.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes
