This is a onsite role based in Camden, NJ or nearby location.
Your role
• Provide end-to-end delivery leadership across enterprise Systems Integration and transformation programs.
• Own delivery outcomes with clear accountability for business impact, value realization, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with clients to understand business goals, challenge assumptions, and shape high-impact technology solutions.
• Drive a solution-first mindset across delivery teams, enabling proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex custom application development and systems integration initiatives across Java, .NET, cloud, and modern technology ecosystems.
• Infuse AI, GenAI, automation, and modern engineering practices into delivery models to improve productivity, quality, and speed-to-value.
• Transform delivery organizations into innovation-led, outcome-driven teams focused on measurable business results.
• Align engineering execution with client priorities, strategic objectives, and value realization goals.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
• Act as a strategic advisor on delivery excellence, transformation programs, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Lead globally distributed teams with strong ownership, accountability, collaboration, and execution discipline.
• Drive program governance, delivery performance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress, outcomes, value delivered, and transformation achievements.
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful program execution and customer outcomes.
• Own delivery success and drive alignment across large, complex, and business-critical transformation initiatives.
Your skills and experience
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in delivery leadership, program management, engineering leadership, or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong experience in Systems Integration, custom application development, and enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven expertise across Java, .NET, cloud ecosystems, and modern application development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive solution-oriented and value-focused delivery approaches across large organizations.
• Hands-on understanding of AI, GenAI, automation technologies, and modern engineering practices.
• Proven experience partnering with clients to shape solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams and organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and complex delivery portfolios.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing global delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
• Experience driving innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Comfortable operating across solutioning, delivery, transformation, and client advisory engagements.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent priorities in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Experience within the automotive industry and modern connected vehicle technologies is a plus.
• Commitment to client success, business value realization, innovation, and engineering excellence.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750 to $282,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
